Rocco for the wonderful Michael Shculze here. And Michael, I’m sure you act absolutely smashed it in there. Oh as usual. Absolutely. Absolutely. It was beautiful beyond, absolutely beautiful to see how you can put a rope around the neck of these people you were first off the rank as you were saying.

Did the magistrate that you had wa, was it a previous one that you had or a new one? Yeah, no, this is the same clown that did the second mention. Oh, okay. And the two, the first two mentions were regarding the firearms nonsense. Yeah. And then this mention was in relation to traffic, but out of the blue without any warning or anything, he threw in the firearms thing again.

Oh, okay. Mainly because. And so they didn’t joinder me the first two times, so they it ended up being an email from them asking me when I would be free for a hearing . Oh, awesome. Awesome. To make a time or date for a hearing regarding the firearms. Good work brother. Two weeks ago. I never responded to that and that’s why they brew, threw that back in today.

That’s in with the, in, with the traffic. And so I just, he caught me a bit off guard, but yeah I managed it proper. I made it very clear and in fact, I could read the script that I yeah please do. So when they called the the name and he started waffling on about me and the two charges and all that sort of nonsense, I let him finish so I didn’t interrupt him.

And then I went straight into on the advice of my litigation attorney. I respectfully declined to answer to the legal fiction Mr. Schultz and invoke my common law rights. Waiving none for the purpose of full disclosure in this meeting of the minds in this commercial tribunal. I have no contract with you and its employees, no business, and I don’t consent to active surety whatsoever.

Special appearance under threat with enforcement in fear of my life is the only reason I am here. Therefore, waive all benefits and offer with a NO PLEA ENTERED. I have my alibi and witnesses observing your conduct from the public dock. You will conduct yourself accordingly, or we will use our legal recourse options.

That is gold, brother Gold and he was. The usual, pretending not to hear any of that. It continued on with his nonsense. Interesting. I wasn’t shouting and doing anything. I just made it very clear that, Okay. I wasn’t taking any of their nonsense. Yeah. I made a no plea, Pete, I don’t have a contract with them and everything that he suggested, like booking a hearing and things like that, setting the date, all that I made sure I was no consent.

Fantastic. I have no contract. You never got off your seat, obviously. No. You dealt with him very wonderfully. No, it was a, it’s a commercial tribunal, right? It’s not a freaking court. Yeah, it’s a courtroom. Yeah, but it’s not a court. It’s a commercial tribunal and they’re trying to make it a criminal court.

Absolutely. It’s not a criminal court. Yeah. So I. Throw in where I had the opportunity to call him out for perverting justice acting oppressive because he wasn’t taking heed of anything I said when they wanted to delay the hearing because of one of the officers not able to attend, I brought up the fact that, oh, is it because of PTSD?

So what did he say after you finished your script? Or what was his response exactly? Brother he proceeded ahead as they normally do, like you’re not there in the room, that sort of thing. And but I’m not too concerned about it. What’s important, what’s more important is the letter they’re going to send me through the next week.

You don’t know the nature of the letter. I have no idea what the, what they’re going to say or what they’re going to do. They’re going to push this because firearms to them is everything. Yeah. If I prove that firearms license or shooters license is not required in this country, nowhere in crown law, rule of law under the Commonwealth of Australia, under the Royal Crown of England.

Yeah. Does it say We are not allowed to bear arms? And their argument is, I was. Suspended. I wasn’t suspended when they came to my house. Yeah, they suspended it there and then on the spot. Yeah. Yeah. They confiscated the firearms there and then on the spot they breached their own, their law enforcement powers and Responsibilities act.

They breached their own conduct. Acts wonderful man. And that is an offense against the Commonwealth, right? If they’re impersonating as a public man, then they are bound by the Crimes Act 1914. Absolutely. And there’s an important section in there. Number section 24. What’d you say? I said no plea. If you plea not guilty on my behalf, you are acting as surety.
